Spinach Dip in a Cob Loaf

1 large cob loaf
1 250g packet finely chopped frozen spinach
1 packet Spring Vegetable soup mix (dry)
500ml sour cream
½ cup chopped parsley
½ cup finely chopped spring onions
1 tbsp sugar (optional)

Slice top of cob to use as cover (presentation only)
Hollow out the cob loaf and set aside bread pieces
Mix all ingredients together
Put mixture inside the cob loaf
Cover bread top
Serve with bread pieces
