Boiled Potatoes and Sour Cream

The extra bowl of meat sauce from the spaghetti bolognasie was used for Hubby’s dinner. Hubby is not fond of sweet spaghetti. A can of red beans was not among the stock of canned goods in the pantry, hoping to cook chili con carne.   He keeps a bag of baby potatoes in the fridge standing by for when the craving for potatoes sets in.  The tub of sour cream in the fridge was still ok to use.  The sour cream and the Tabasco helped reduced the sweetness of the sauce.
