The Food Magazine I bought in Manila years ago features a very simple bread pudding recipe. I tried the recipe several times and I do admit that the same ingredients are used but the results are totally different in flavour and look each time I bake it.
The customary and familiar ingredients were already in my panty; condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla extract, raisins, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon Instead of using a day old bread, the newly bought sandwich sliced bread was used.
The bread pudding I baked for May Day holiday (4 May) tasted like leche flan. How will it taste next?
