Pork and Beans & Fried Dilis with Peanuts

Ingredients
1 can Fagioli Cannellini Beans (from the pantry)
1 can Cannellini Beans (from the pantry)
1 can Diced Tomatoes with oregano and basil (from the pantry)
½ kilo pork belly rashers (pork liempo), diced
2 cups water
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 bay leaves
1 chicken  stock cube
2 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure
Sauté onion and garlic in a casserole until soft and fragrant.
Add diced pork and sauté until brown. 
Pour in diced tomatoes, water, salt, bay leaves, chicken stock, palm sugar, and soy sauce and bring to boil. 
Cover, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 30 minutes or until pork is tender. 
Pour in beans, salt, and pepper. 
Stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Fried Dilis with Salted peanuts. Fry dilis,  let it cool and mix roasted salted peanuts.
